The mayor of Tijuana, Ismael Burgueño Ruiz, led the event TIJUANA, Baja California, June 5, 2025.- The mayor of Tijuana, Ismael Burgueño Ruiz, led the delivery of records to schools that participated in the program D.A.R.E. during the period January to May 2025. From the facilities of the Primary School “Rotario Club”, the municipal president stressed that the program D.A.R.E. is key in the prevention of addictions and in decision-making.
