The Turkish police say they have foiled an escape plan by top criminal Isaac 'Bom' B., the former right-hand man of fugitive drug lord 'Bolle Jos' Leijdekkers. Isaac B. was quietly released by a Turkish judge on Friday, but shortly after that release, he was handcuffed again by an arrest team. Both Belgium and the Netherlands are asking for the extradition of 'Bom'.
