The president is obligated to administer the oath of office to all six judges elected on March 13th. This is the view of Professor Marcin Wiącek, the Commissioner for Human Rights, explaining the nuances. Karol Nawrocki invited only two judges to the palace, but no decision has yet been made regarding the others.
