According to the White House, one of the main objectives of the war is to prevent Iran from ever getting into possession of nuclear weapons. Perhaps Israel and the US even risked an attack on an Iranian plant. At least a charge from Tehran suggests that.
The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) called on "maximum military detention" on Saturday after Israel announced that an Iranian missile hit the city of Dimona (South of the country), where a dedicated nuclear research facility, according to the AFP, is deployed.
The US strike on the nuclear facilities in Natanz and Iran's strike on Dimona did not result in the nightmare scenario of a radioactive leak, but the IAEA recommends restraint.
