Lang 10/8/25 An Iowa City man has been sentenced on charges that he provided drugs and alcohol to a minor before having sex with the girl. The Johnson County Attorney’s Office says 47-year-old Robert Seals of the Lake Ridge manufactured housing community was found guilty of 2nd Degree Sexual Abuse of a Child last Friday.  Seals faces a sentence of up to 25 years in prison with a mandatory minimum of 17.5 years.
