Investigation underway after fiber optic lines cut in Anderson Co.

ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) -- Spectrum customers in Anderson County experienced service disruptions Thursday after fiber optic lines were cut. Investigators with the Anderson County Sheriff's Office said the lines were cut intentionally.
