A two-vehicle collision in Belleville on Monday morning has led to several charges against a city man. A witness reported to police that they saw a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed on Bridge Street West in the area of Octavia Street at 10 a.m. They said the vehicle mounted a sidewalk and served back onto the road hitting another vehicle.
