InPost narrowly beats Q2 forecasts but cuts guidance
Parcel locker company InPost, subject of a takeover offer by a consortium led by FedEx and Advent International, narrowly beat market expectations for second-quarter core earnings but cut its 2026 guidance for the metric today.
In the second quarter of 2026, the InPost Group increased the number of parcels handled and revenues, with the highest growth recorded in foreign markets. At the same time, the parcel locker network expanded, and in the UK, the process of replacing the Yodel brand with InPost was completed. The results also resulted in a change in financial assumptions for the entire 2026.
The Polish courier company intends to launch pilot last-mile deliveries for FedEx in the UK and Poland from September.
InPost significantly increased revenue and the number of parcels handled. In the second quarter of 2026, the group generated consolidated revenue of PLN 4,177.6 million, an 18% increase compared to the previous year. Adjusted EBITDA reached PLN 1,043.3 million, representing a 4% increase. During this time, the number of parcel lockers increased by 29%, to 68,925 devices.
