TCSO: Travis County inmate dies after being found 'unresponsive' Tuesday

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- The Travis County Sheriff's Office and local agencies are investigating after an inmate at the Travis County Correctional Complex was found “unresponsive in his cell” and died Tuesday evening. A news release from TCSO said Benjamin Emery McGuire, 54, of Austin, was found unresponsive shortly after he was served dinner.
