The Finnish government announced plans on Friday to build a new trinitrotoluene (TNT) plant that would strengthen the Finnish and European ammunition production sector.
Minister of Defence Antti Häkkänen (Saml) says that the factory will guarantee that the Finnish Defence Forces have enough ammunition.
