In Lyon, Civil Society and Elected Representatives Open "Humanitarian Sites" to Protect the Homeless
Noting the lack of emergency accommodation provided by the State, associations, groups of ex-squatters and communities provide "humanitarian protection" in temporarily vacant housing or premises.
