It was an awards ceremony tinged with some mixed emotions on Monday night. Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) Nipissing chapter held its annual awards ceremony to bestow honours on the top officers of the North Bay Police Service (NBPS) and the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) who had the highest number of impaired drivers arrested.
