‘I’m Team Australia’: Man allegedly threatened to kill PM after Bondi massacre

Greg William Tait faces up to five years in prison for threatening Prime Minister Anthony Albanese shortly after the Bondi terror attack, amid a 63% rise in threats to politicians, AFP said.

Tait, from Greystanes in Sydney’s west, allegedly made threats towards a federal parliamentarian, the Australian Federal Police said earlier on Wednesday. Sources have confirmed to the Herald the politician was the prime minister.
