Hurricane Oscar forms in the Caribbean

According to US reports, Hurricane Oscar has reached the Bahamas island group in the Atlantic and is heading towards Cuba.

A hurricane is expected to hit Cuba on Sunday, while large parts of the country's electricity grid are still down after Friday's collapse.
