A grant which will help the Humane Society of North Central Arkansas continue its lifesaving efforts while also allowing low-income pet owners receive needed services was recently awarded. Carolyn Carter, Shelter Manager at the Humane Society of North Central Arkansas, says the grant is for $10,000 and was awarded by the Arkansas Animal Rescue Foundation.
