HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) - Henderson Police arrested a woman after they say threatened other motorists with a box cutter. HPD says they received several reports of an armed woman approaching motorists around US Highway 60 and Watson Lane, starting at around 2:15 p.m. Thursday.
