- During her marriage to Blackstock’s father, Reba McEntire became his stepmother when she married Narvel Blackstock in 1989.
- Beginning with a Super Bowl connection, Clarkson met Brandon Blackstock at the event and was married to him before their divorce, with Blackstock serving as her manager.
- Following their respective divorces, Clarkson said her relationship with McEntire was ‘not at all’ affected, despite McEntire splitting from Blackstock’s father and Clarkson ending her marriage later.
- Reflecting on their long friendship, Reba told E! that `We don't get to see each other as much as we used to, and I hate that`, showing their lasting support.
