Ca Mau: 98 prisoners were granted special parole, received citizenship identity right in the detention center

The Ca Mau Police Department in cooperation with the C10 Bureau - the Ministry of Public Security organized the promulgation of the President's decision to grant special dispensation to 98 offenders and to issue citizen IDs to these offenders right in the detention center.

146 offenders serving sentences at Chi Hoa Detention Camp and Bao Lau Detention Camp (Ho Chi Minh City Police) are eligible for special dispensation on April 30.
