The nearest Costco to Highland is nearly 14 miles away — on East Hospitality Lane in San Bernardino. That won’t always be the case. Highland officials have announced in a public notice that the city has plans for its own Costco Wholesale. Costco representatives were not available to address when they plan to open the store.
