Judge Solberg suggested that Harav-Meara refrain from handling the case of former Shin Bet chief Nadav Argaman. This was in exchange for the dismissal of a petition filed by the Lavi organization against her, claiming a personal conflict of interest.
The Supreme Vice President proposed the outline as part of a petition by the right-wing organization "Lavi," which claims that there is a personal connection between Behrav-Miara and the former Shin Bet chiefs through her husband. The attorney general rejected the claims and explained that she has no personal relationship with Argaman or Bar.
This was after it was claimed that Bahar-Meara has a conflict of interest due to long-standing personal ties with the current Shin Bet chief Bar and former Shin Bet chief Argaman.
