Herkimer Legislature adds new rule to vote out leadership

HERKIMER — Following the resignation of former Herkimer County Legislature Chairman Robert Hollum after he was taken into custody, the legislature has instituted a new rule that will allow members to vote out the leadership, according to county officials.
