A serious indictment has been filed against two Israelis accused of smuggling hundreds of tons of dual-use explosives into Palestinian Authority territories that were used to manufacture the bombs. The prosecution is demanding their detention until the end of the proceedings, charging the two with trafficking in weapons for terrorist purposes and violating security supervision orders.
The State Attorney's Office recently filed a security indictment with the Central District Court against the defendants, who, in the midst of war, transferred hundreds of tons of material to the Judea and Samaria territories that terrorists use to manufacture explosive devices. Thus, they assisted in the production of weapons, with the aim of promoting terrorist activity.
