Mountaineer Mile comes to downtown Charleston

CHARLESTON, WV (WOWK) -- Inspired by Governor Morrisey's Mountaineer Mile initiative, The Health Plan has mapped out a downtown version. The inaugural walk kicked off at noon Wednesday starting at The Health Plan's Charleston office.
