HDI finally separates from Russian risk bearer

The industrial insurer HDI Global, part of the Talanx, sold the Russian company SK Etchdiai Global LLC (SK). The buyer is the private owner Dmitry Piskulov. The deal took place in March, but only became known in Germany after SK changed its name to Hansa Insurance.
