Public housing residents to gain high-speed fiber internet access in 60 days | Honolulu Star-Advertiser

More than 45,000 residents living in Hawaii’s public housing communities soon will have access to high-speed fiber internet under a new public-private partnership between the Hawaii Public Housing Authority and Hawaiian Telcom.

Hawaii public housing to have access to broadband fiber in 60 days

Hawaiian Telcom, in partnership with the Hawaii Public Housing Authority, will bring high-speed fiber internet service to more than 45,000 residents and 5,500 residential units across 81 public housing properties in Hawaii in the next two months.
