Hawaii and Guam Guardsmen further U.S.-Philippines Ties at Standing Committee Meeting

Hawaii and Guam National Guard Airmen and Soldiers, as part of a U.S. delegation, joined their Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) partners, at Camp Aguinaldo, Philippines, for the annual Standing Committee Meeting (SCM) held March 11-13, 2025. The annual meeting enables the alliance to strategize, collaborate, and strengthen their enduring military ties and shared security commitments.
