Gregory Allen Howard who wrote ‘Remember the Titans’ dies
Gregory Allen Howard died Jan. 27 in Miami at the age of 70. Howard had story credits on films and series exploring Black struggles and successes. His breakthrough project, Remember the Titans, began with a story he heard while back in his native Virginia. The movie, starring Denzel Washington and Will Patton, was a box-office hit and grossed $130 million.
