Grant awarded to Prince Edward County entrepreneur
The co-owner of a Prince Edward County ostrich farm has been awarded a $10,000 grant from VISA Canada. Brittany DenOuden was one of 20 female entrepreneurs across Canada selected for VISA’s “She’s Next” grant. DenOuden, along with her husband Caleb, own and operate the Struisvogel Ranch on Rednersville Road which raises ostriches and offers the meat for sale.
