The State Secretary responsible for employment policy at the Ministry of National Economy (NGM) called the plans for a 13 percent minimum wage increase next year unrealistic.
With such weak economic growth, the 13 percent increase stipulated in the wage agreement cannot be maintained, but the Secretary of State is confident that employers and employees can agree on a new figure.
