Girl raped by boys spared jail tells BBC judge's decision was like 'rock in my face'
The Attorney General has 28 days to decide whether to refer youth rehabilitation orders for appeal after the boys filmed the rapes, officials said.

- Speaking to the BBC's Sunday With Laura Kuenssberg, one victim, now 16, described the judge's decision as a "rock straight in my face," saying it "almost made it seem as if what the boys did was not OK, but it was OK in the eyes of the law."
- Hampshire Police and Crime Commissioner Donna Jones criticized the judge's comments praising the defendants' conduct, stating, "What is really alarming is the judge's comments praising these three young males."
