(Des Moines) Iowans are seeing a slight drop at the gas pump this week, as the average price of regular unleaded gasoline fell 1 cent to $2.94 per gallon, according to AAA. That price is 28 cents lower than this time last year. Retail diesel prices also declined by a penny this week, averaging $3.31 across Iowa.
