Snowplow causes ‘explosive range’ gas leak at Mass. supermarket

A snowplow ruptured a gas line near a Massachusetts supermarket Wednesday, causing a leak that officials warned had risen to an “explosive range.”About 12 p.m. Wednesday, a 911 call was made reporting a strong odor of gas in the Hannaford Supermarket parking lot at 10 Merchants Way in Middleborough.
