Man Sentenced to 83 Years in Fender Bender Murder

GARY, INDIANA, JUL 10 – Billy Cross received a combined 83-year sentence including 63 years for murder after fatally shooting Kylin Bursey following a car crash, prosecutors said the incident escalated from road rage.
