Gagetown teen arrested, charged with making terrorist threat against Cass City Public Schools

The Cass City High School student arrested for making threats last week has been formally charged. Arrested on Thursday, March 5, 19-year-old Hudson Bowers was arraigned in Tuscola County’s 71B District Court later that afternoon on a charge of making a terrorist threat.
