GA DOR Now Accepts Electronic Signatures and Remote Notarization - Weiner Brodsky Kider PC
The Georgia Department of Revenue (DOR) adopted Rule 560-1-1-.14 allowing for electronic signatures and remote notarization of certain DOR forms. This includes remote notarization performed by a notary in another state who follows the remote notarization laws of that state. The Rule became effective on March 26, 2025.
