The United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Occupied Palestinian Territories, Francesca Albanese, decided to file a lawsuit against the newspaper Corriere della Sera for defamation, after appearing on the front page openly labeled as an “increasingly pro-Hamas militant”, and that she was credited with a quote she never said about Israel being the “enemy of humanity,” reported the writer, poet and activist Soumaila Diawara, in a message in X.
