Funeral services for Father Mark S. Mealey, a former official in the Diocese of Wilmington Tribunal, will be Sept. 3 at Immaculate Conception Church, 454 Bow St., Elkton, Md. A viewing is scheduled for 10 a.m., with the Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11.
