BRAINERD — A 64-year-old Crosby funeral home owner was sentenced April 4 for driving while intoxicated to pick up a body in Febuary. Nicholas Gordon Zillmer entered a guilty plea April 3 in Crow Wing County District Court. He was subsequently sentenced on the misdemeanor DWI to 90 days in jail, stayed for two years while on unsupervised probation and was fined $1,110.
