Convicted former Jumbo CEO Frits van Eerd has decided, "in good consultation" with the supermarket group, to relinquish his voting rights and participation as a shareholder.
Jumbo remained silent for a long time after the conviction of former CEO Frits van Eerd. Today, however, a response finally arrived. And it was quite a statement.
