Fresh case of bitumen in water supply for Hong Kong housing, lawmaker says

HONG KONG, JUL 9 – Authorities found bitumen particles in water affecting about 4,300 households and linked the issue to a public water pipes project, providing temporary tanks while investigating further.

Edward Leung says he has received complaints about particles in water from residents of two estates, following saga in Fanling last month.
