Foxconn Buys Houston Industrial Park, to Invest $450M in Site

Global electronics maker, Foxconn Corp. acquired the four-building, 1 million-square-foot, Class A Fairbanks Logistics Park in northwest Houston from Dalfen Industrial for $142 million.
