At least four migrant boys have been raped and remain hospitalized in Ceuta, as the number of victims in the aftermath of the mass invasion continues to rise. Judicial proceedings now cover at least 14 victims, many of them underage, while police have deployed specialists to protect thousands of minors still in the enclave, where the child protection system is operating at 4,600 per cent of normal capacity.
