Leon, Gto.- Shrunk and wrapped in a blue tarp was found the body of a decomposing person at the Echeveste dam near the Lion Zoo. The finding was reported when elements of the municipal police carried out a surveillance tour on Canal de La Sardaneta street and observed that in cause of the river passing through the Conversion of Faith street and Hidalgo boulevard was a lump of blue color and shed a strong foul smell.
