EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) - There are over 100 kids in Eau Claire County who need an emergency home. That is what a display in front of the city's courthouse represents. Those pretty pinwheels represent kids in a not-so-pretty situation. The Eau Claire County Family Services Manager, Nicholas Stabenow-Schneider, says, "We have 103 of the pinwheels representing each of the kids in Out-of-Home care."
