According to a media report, Apple wants to secure the transmission rights for Formula 1 in the United States. The iPhone manufacturer has submitted a bid of at least 150 million dollars (128.39 million euros) per year for the races starting in 2026, reported the news website "Business Insider" on Friday, citing a person familiar with the negotiations. Apple is the leading bidder and is about to be awarded the contract.
