MADRID, SPAIN, MAY 21 – Andriy Portnov was shot five times in an assassination treated as politically and criminally motivated, with Spanish police and intelligence agencies investigating the killing.
- Andrii Portnov, 51, who once served as an advisor to former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, was fatally shot on May 21, 2025, near the American School of Madrid.
