Former Panola County employee pleads guilty to embezzlement

PANOLA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, JUN 30 – Carvelle Russell pleaded guilty to embezzling $9,546 by using a county fuel card for personal use and was sentenced to jail and probation, officials said.
