Former nurse loses legal challenge over private gender clinic
ENGLAND, JUL 31 – The High Court ruled the Care Quality Commission acted reasonably in registering the Birmingham clinic, which prescribes hormones to 16- and 17-year-olds despite NHS caution, the judge said.
