Former GACTC Director Faces Felony Counts for Child Porn, Case Advances To Court

The former executive director of the Greater Altoona Career and Technology Center waived his right to a preliminary hearing yesterday before an Indiana County judge.  Eric Palmer was arrested last November, in Indiana County, after a search by Pennsylvania State Police found electronic devices containing child porn.  He is charged with 10 counts of child pornography and other related charges.  Palmer is expected to be arraigned on March 25th.  P…
