Forever 21 storefront at West County Mall now occupied by Spirit Halloween

DES PERES, Mo. - A familiar West County Mall storefront once occupied by fashion retailer Forever 21 is taking on a seasonal role this fall. The space, which closed earlier this year after Forever 21 shut down all of its physical stores following bankruptcy, is now home to a Spirit Halloween.
